SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped out within one week of payment. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS or local freight company for larger pieces. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork and will be billed separately. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders are shipped from Winter Park, Fl. Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped to COVID-19, increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control.

LOCAL PICKUP

Artwork can be purchased for local pickup at my studio. Select this option at checkout and waive the shipping fee. Orders will be ready within 2-4 business days at which point we will schedule a day/time for pickup with you. We are currently open by appointment only.

Please note that all artwork purchased for local pickup are subject to Winter Park city sales tax.

RETURNS

All sales are final and artwork is sold as is.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep all of the original packaging. Include detailed photos of the outside of the box as well as the packaging materials and damage. No claims will be accepted after 7 days of delivery or without proper documentation.

Hanging your artwork: For longevity, it is best kept in a stable environment away from direct sunlight, outdoors, wet areas (bathrooms, etc.) and drastic fluctuations in heat and humidity as discoloration and peels may occur. Your artwork is meant for interior use only.
